The European Hotelstars in Greece
21 member countries - one reliable system
Welcome to Hotelstars Union - The organisation for standardised hotel classifications in Europe. Since 2009, we have dedicated ourselves to establishing a transparent and reliable rating system for hotels that is applicable across national borders. What started as an initiative involving seven countries has now evolved into a robust network of 21 member states. We provide both hoteliers and guests with guidance and assurance through the use of common criteria and standards.
Our mission:
More clarity and trust for all players in the hotel industry through harmonised classification criteria across national borders.
