West Path

Far up into the Black Forest

Through the forests, marshes and along smaller lakes leads the West Path, until you reach rocky fields. From the highest point in the North Black Forest, the Hornigrinde you can enjoy picturesque view.

Deep incised valleys and flat high valleys make a appealing panorama. At the Titisee, the largest natural lake in the Black Forest, the path splits into an eastern and western variant.

The West Path features a typical mountain path with a lot of slopes. Only a smaller part is asphalted, mostly still natural.
