Right across the Hunsrück, from the Saar loop to the city of gemstones Idar-Oberstein runs the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig. Bizarr rocks, rich vegetation, watercourses, deep valleys and mysterious moorland landscapes shape this path.

Explore the romantic situated lakes, enchated valleys and fantastic views. The Saar-Hunsrück-Steig borders on the Moselle in Pearl, on the Roman city Trier and on the city of gemstones Idar-Oberstein.

Trekking on high level with a lot of light, many woods along more than 70% nature paths. Only a real small part ist asphated.
