The White Main rises in the Fichtel mountains, the Red Main at the Franconian Alp. Along the cycle route you will find great cities and lovely framework villages in exchange with forest and vineyards.

The Main cycle route is continuously and consistently signposted. The mostly flat track layout with only a few and well to master slopes make a cycle tour along Main to an enjoyable experience.
